Kenneth Tubbs
1959 - 2025
It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share the unexpected passing of Kenneth "Kenny" W. Tubbs on February 27, 2025 with family by his side.
Born in St. Stephen, N.B., son of the late Harry and Beatrice (Chaffey) Tubbs.
Kenny worked for many years as a brick layer. Many will remember him for his infectious laugh and storytelling. Kenny was a quiet guy who enjoyed solving crossword puzzles, watching crime and news shows, and having a beer with
friends. He also had a love for hummingbirds and gardening.
Kenny is survived by his partner of 30 years, Kim McAdam, children; Wendy James (Darren), Christopher Tubbs and James McAdam (Kristina), grandchildren; Kerryanne, Robert, Hailey, Johnathan, Peyton, Finley and Addilyn, siblings; Dorothy Murphy, Jim Tubbs (Joan) and chosen brothers, Dennis and Bruce, several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his daughters, Tanya Tubbs and Sally McAdam, sisters, Irene Johnson and Edith Tubbs.
Funeral service will be held at The S.O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home Ltd., 23 Main Street, St Stephen, N.B. on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at 2 PM. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 12-2 PM.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
