Elizabeth “Betty” J. Daigle

It is with heavy hearts, that we announce the unexpected passing of Elizabeth J. Daigle, fondly known to many as “Betty”, on October 21, 2025, at the Saint John Regional Hospital Saint John, NB.

Born in St Stephen, NB, Betty was the daughter of the late J. Bernard and E. Jean Daigle.

Betty will be remembered for her kindness, strength and the love she gave so freely to her family and friends. She leaves behind a legacy of warmth and resilience that will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

Betty is lovingly remembered by her daughter; Penny Daigle, grandchildren; Jessie, Jacob, Zackery and Trent Kitchen, great-grandchildren; Nova and Milo Kitchen and their mother JJ, siblings; Douglas Daigle, Debbie Daigle and John Daigle; sister-in-law; Beth Daigle, several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, all whom she cared for deeply.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by four brothers; Joey, Jamie, Tommy and Gordie and beloved niece; Keisha.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Stephen's Roman Catholic Church 407 Milltown Blvd. St Stephen, NB on Monday October 27, 2025, at 11 am.

Resting at her home, 421 Milltown Blvd, St Stephen, N.B. where visitation will be held on Sunday October 26, 2025, beginning at 2 PM.

Interment will be held at the Upper Mills Cemetery Upper Mills, NB.
