ASHFORD-at Eastern Maine Medical Center, Bangor, Maine, July 28, 2008, Donald Irving Ashford of Andersonville, Charlotte County, NB and Orange City, Florida.He was a graduate of Athol High School in Massachusetts and was employed as a Machinist at Sherwood Medical in Deland, Florida, Zero Medical Manufacturing in Massachusetts and Smith & Wesson as a tool maker. He was a Deacon of the Open Bible Baptist Church, Orange City, Florida and a Charter Member of the Fellowship Baptist Church in Deltona, Florida.He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Marjorie (Reynolds) Ashford, children, Donna Casserly, Ohio, Jean Olmstead (Dale), Florida, Mark Irving Ashford (Awilda), Florida, Carol Ann Hawk (James), Massachusetts, Wayne Charles Ashford, Calais, Maine, 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:30 to 12:30 on Friday.A Graveside Service will be held at the Moores Mills Rural Cemetery, Moores Mills, NB on Friday August 1, 2008 at 2 PM.In lieu of flowers, donations to Fellowship Baptist Church, 114 Courtland Blvd., Deltona, Florida 32735.Arrangements in care of the S.O.
