Tracy L. Phillips of Oak Bay, NB, passed away unexpectedly on July 24, 2025, at the Charlotte County Hospital, St. Stephen, NB.
She is the daughter of Virginia Phillips and the late Germain Phillips.
From the time Tracy could walk, she would be out in the garage with her dad and Tony, either watching or trying to help. She was a very giving person, always willing to help when or if she was able. She loved her family more than herself!
As Tracy got older, she "tortured" her younger sister with text messages or calls to ask silly questions or just to chat or say hello. We all loved her so much.
Tracy would do anything to help others however they needed; whether it was helping with a cement pour, construction, giving her advice to her niece or nephew or just lending an ear for someone to vent, Tracy was always there!
She was a straightforward honest person. She didn’t sugar coat her words however very easy to talk to and very willing to listen to any problems others may have had.
Tracy spent time with her friends at their camp; whether it be harvesting blueberries or hunting season, she was there. She enjoyed hunting and sport shooting, always willing to head to the range with her brother. Tracy enjoyed weightlifting to become stronger and was always doing yard work around her family home. She enjoyed 4 wheeling on her ATV and had a few adventures floating down stream.
She enjoyed her work, even though tasks were difficult at time, she always gave it her all! She worked hard at whatever job she was doing and always gave it her very best!
Tracy has touched many lives who will no doubt, miss her being around. She will be missed immensely by so many!
She is survived by her mom; Virginia "Ginny", her loving brother; Anthony "Tony" Phillips and partner Yvonne, sister; Tristin Phillips and partner Louis "Fella", her cherished nieces and nephew; Sage Phillips, Darrean Thorton and Louis Newell.
In addition to her dad; Germain, she was predeceased by her brother; Tom, paternal grandparents; Gordon and Rita Phillips, maternal grandparents; Thomas and Marilyn Gomez.
The family are having a drop in on Thursday July 31, 2025, from 2 pm – 5 pm at 951 Route 170 Oak Bay, NB.
