Donna E. Barton of St. Andrews, N.B. passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital, Saint John, N.B. on Sunday, January 21, 2024.

Born in Saint John, N.B. to the late Lawrence Barton and Eva Stevens, Donna was lovingly raised by her grandparents, Jack and Hazel Stevens.

Donna worked at various occupations during her life and had a great love for the hospitality industry which she was employed in for several years.  After a move to Toronto, she worked for a shipping company from where she retired. She moved back to St. Andrews and made many long-lasting friendships.

She had a passion for all animals, especially her fur baby, Jayda.

Donna was an excellent dart player and she had won many trophies and tournaments. She also enjoyed playing Bingo.

She is survived by her siblings, Melvin Barton, Judy Jackson, Sheila Jackson, Wayne Jackson, Colleen Clancy, special friends, David and Claire MacDonald, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

It was Donna’s request that there be no funeral service or visitation held.
