It is with great sadness that the family of Patricia "Patty" Gardner announce her sudden passing after a brief illness at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Thursday December 28, 2023.

Born in 1952, daughter of the late Murray and Velma Gardiner.

Patty was a beautiful person who cared deeply for all her family and friends.  She would do anything to help even when not asked.  She spent many years working and developing friendships at Ganong’s Chocolate Factory.  After retirement she took great pleasure in caring for her husband and grandchildren.

Patty leaves behind her devoted husband, Thomas "Tommy", son, Joby (April), daughter, Julie (Ray), dearest grandchildren, Bailey Marshall, Macissac Marshall, Jenna Brooks and Jordan Gardner.

In addition to her parents, Patty was predeceased by her brothers, Beverly and Wade Gardiner and sister Elaine Moulton.

At Patty’s request, there will be no service or visitation at this time.  A graveside service will be held at a later date.
