It is with great sadness the family of Dianne M. Kenney announce her passing at the Charlotte County Hospital, St. Stephen, N.B. on Thursday, October 26, 2023.

Born in St. Stephen, N.B., daughter of Rose M. Savoie and the late Leandre "Leon" Savoie.

Dianne worked at Ganong’s for most of her career with her last 10 years becoming a skilled hand dipper. She loved family gatherings, traveling to warm places and taking road trips, shopping, sewing, painting and crocheting. She enjoyed camping and bingo with friends and serving with the Jr Ladies Auxiliary, St Stephen-Milltown Lionettes, and the St Stephen Legion.

Dianne is survived by her mother, Rose, son, Jamie (Mellissa) of St. Stephen, N.B., daughter, Christa Staples (Clifton) of Morrill, Me., four grandchildren, Wyatt and Erica Staples, Karagan and Kaydence Kenney, brother, Keith Savoie of St. Stephen, N.B., aunt, Eva Watson, niece, Kristen Stumph and several cousins.

In addition to her father, Dianne was predeceased by her husband, James W. Kenney.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church, Milltown Blvd, St. Stephen, N.B. on Thursday, November 2, 2023 at 11 AM. Visitation will be held at The S.O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home Ltd., 23 Main Street, St. Stephen, N.B. on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. R.C.Legion and Jr. Ladies Auxiliary Branch #9  will conduct a tribute service on Wednesday at 4 PM.
