Roderick "Roddie" J. MacMillan of St. Stephen, New Brunswick passed away at the Charlotte County Hospital in St. Stephen, New Brunswick on Friday, September 22, 2023. 

Born in Westville, Pictou County, Nova Scotia, son of the late Ebeneezer and Barbara Jane (MacKenzie) MacMillan.

Roddie loved all sports especially hockey, baseball and was an avid jogger. He was inducted into the NB Sports Hall of Fame and the St Stephen Wall of Fame for his talents in both hockey and baseball.

Roddie gave back to his community over his lifetime as an active church and choir member, auxiliary policeman, volunteer firefighter, member of the Masonic Lodge, and Luxor Shriners of New Brunswick

Survived by his sister Barbara Lee and several nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by his brothers; Roy, Ross and Eben (Abie), sisters; Murdeana, and Jean.

A graveside service will be held at the St. Stephen Rural Cemetery, St. Stephen, New Brunswick, at a later date.
