The family of Peter D. Brown are deeply saddened to announce
his unexpected passing in Grand Prairie, Alberta on Tuesday, January
10, 2023.
Born in St. Stephen, NB, son of Anne Marie Brown.
Peter grew up in Waweig, NB. He attended St. Stephen High
School, but completed his Grade 12 equivalency after he moved to
Alberta. Peter had a love for hockey and made many life-long
friends from playing this sport.
Peter worked all of his adult life as a tractor/trailer
operator or heavy equipment operator. One of his favourite
trips was when he moved Taylor Swift’s stage equipment and
lighting from Winnipeg, MB to Vancouver, BC.
Peter loved his kids and grandsons. He was very excited to
welcome the newest one to the family, but sadly he did not get to meet
him. Peter was a talker and could tell you stories with the
best of them. He was a dog lover, and dogs loved him. He is
predeceased by "Trigger", and survived by "Shilo
Marie".
Peter is survived by his mother, Anne Marie Brown, daughter
Kaylean Brown (Chris) Grand Prairie, AB, grandsons, Anthony and
Jackson, daughter, Faith Mosher, St. Andrews, NB., brother,
P. Tom Noddin (Tory), nephew Weston Noddin, nieces;
Estelle, Natara, and Zoey Noddin, great nephew Haven, great
niece Nova. He is also survived by his uncles; Gerald,
Frank, and Carey Brown, aunts, Barb MacKenzie and Linda Seeley and his
brotherly cousin, Michael Seeley, special auntie Linda Thomas, and her
girls Kim Robichaud and Kelly Caldwell.
Peter is predeceased by his grandparents James and Hilda
Little.
Cremation has taken place in Edmonton; AB. A Celebration of
Life will be at the St Stephen Legion, 43 Queen Street West
St Stephen, NB on Saturday August 12th, 2023 from 2 - 4
pm. All are welcome to attend.
