It is with deep sadness that the family of
Wayne O’Brien announce his passing at the Charlotte County
Hospital, St Stephen, NB on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, after a courageous
battle with cancer
Born in St. Stephen, NB., Wayne was a son
of the late Clayton and Martha O’Brien. In addition to his
parents, he was predeceased by his brother,
Gary.
Wayne loved horses from the time he was a
young boy. He and his friends from Church Street enjoyed their horses.
He worked for Valley Run Horse Farm until he was diagnosed with
terminal cancer. He loved his work on the horse farm and spending time
with the kids who came for riding lessons and horse shows that they
attended.
Wayne is survived by his son, Clayton
(Patti), daughters, Ella (Jon) and Marina (Mark), grandchildren,
Dawson, Austin, Drake and Daphney, mother of his children, Beverly
O’Brien, brother, Jack O’Brien, sisters, Carol
Seger and Ann Caldwell, nieces, nephews and cousins, special friend,
Teri Spooner.
Wayne will be sadly missed by his family
and friends.
A graveside service will be held at the St.
Stephen Rural Cemetery, St. Stephen, NB. on Friday, May 20, 2022 at 2
PM.
