Surrounded by his family, Alexander "D" Cleghorn passed away at his residence at Bayside, NB on November 21, 2020.  Born September 9, 1930 at St. Stephen, NB son of the late Alexander and Bertha (MacDonald) Cleghorn.

Survived by his loving wife, Mary (Richardson) Cleghorn, his children, Alexander Jr. (Toni), of Powell River, BC, Judy Cleghorn of Oak Bay, Allan Cleghorn (Wendy) of Bayside, Cindy Jordan (Leslie) of Lawrence Station, grandchildren, Brandi, Ashlee, Ronnie (Jaime), Sarah, Kim, Loretta (Rick), Sheldon (Carrie), Anthony (Dean), Tiffany (Colin), Nicole (Lance), Katrina (Scott), great-grandchildren, Carter, Chase, Quinn, Shelby, Hillary, Roddy, Gracie, Lydia, Cali, Colby, James, Emma, Cole, Kinsley, Audrey and Leah, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents, D was predeceased by his daughter, Trudy Cleghorn, brothers, Donald and Allan and sister Dorothy Cancro.

By request there will be no service.  If you wish, remembrances in memory of D, the family has requested the Charlotte County Cancer Society, IWK or a charity of one’s choice would be appreciated.
