David A. Barker passed away at Hospice House, Fredericton, NB. on Wednesday, July 22, 2020.

Born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, son of the late Thomas and Mary Ann Barker.

Dave served in the US Navy and after being honorably discharged from his duties, he returned to Iowa and ran a successful sanitation business. In 1988 he retired and moved his family to St. Croix, NB.

Survived by his daughters: Tami Barker of Pennsylvania and Becky McIntyre (Dean) of McAdam, NB., grandchildren: Steven Barker, Ethan and Emily McIntyre, loving friend, Debra Goss, brother-in-law, Jack Grant (Pam) of St. Croix, NB., nieces, nephews and extended family in the U.S.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Judy, two brothers, Richard and Terry, as well as his sister, Carol.

A graveside service will be held at the Rockland Cemetery, McAdam, NB. on Saturday, July 25, 2020 at 3 PM. There will be no visitation held.
