It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Phyllis
A. McLean at Lincourt Manor, St. Stephen, NB. on Tuesday, March 10,
2020.
Born in Tiverton, NS., daughter of the late Judson and Mary
Robbins.
Phyllis enjoyed spending time with her family and friends,
going to church, social gatherings, travelling and music. Her
resilience throughout her life showed the true strength and faith she
had. Many knew they could depend upon her kindness and
trustworthiness.
A loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and
great-great-grandmother, Phyllis is survived by her children, Jeanne
Clark, David McLean, Roy McLean, Jerry McLean, Ted McLean (Mary), Doug
McLean (Shelly) and Linda Gillis (John), twenty grandchildren,
twenty-one great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren,
several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by
son-in-law, Jack Clark, one brother, four sisters and Weldon
McLean.
Funeral service will be held at The S. O. Mehan & Son
Funeral Home Ltd., 23 Main Street, St. Stephen, NB. on Thursday, March
12, 2020 at 2 PM. There will be no visitation held.
A private family interment will take place.
For those who wish, donations in memory of Phyllis may be
made to the Alzheimer Society.
The family would like to thank the staff at Lincourt Manor
for all their care and compassion for Phyllis over the
years.
