Susanne is survived by her adoring husband of 44 years, Philip Wilson; children:  Melissa Wright (Greg) of Grand Bay Westfield, Carla Wright (Ryan) of McAdam and Stephanie Wilson (Steven MacDougall) of St. George. The joy of her retired life was her grandchildren:  Adele, Arthur, Graham and Philip. She is also survived by her mother, Florence Dickerson, brother, Robert Dickerson (Terry), sister, Geraldine Dickerson; sister- in-law, Debbie Faulkner (Mike) of Rothesay, brother- in-law, Stephen Wilson (Ann) of Sussex; several special nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by her father, William Dickerson and brother, Larry Dickerson, father-in-law, Raymond Wilson and mother-in-law, Jean Wilson.

Sue had a god given talent and passion for painting, jewelry making, knitting, crocheting, sewing, fashion, interior decorating and gardening. She had a deep love of the ocean, whether it was in the Caribbean or Oak Bay she could spend hours walking the beach or kayaking. She had a great love of travelling, Alaska, the Caribbean, New York, Alberta, British Columbia, the Maritimes as well as camping were all her favourite things to do.  Her health was always her number one priority and became a licensed personal trainer in 2001.

The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to the staff at the CCH,  and the dedicated caring team at the SJRH Palliative Care Unit and Charlotte County Extra Mural, these teams treated Sue and the family with tremendous care and compassion to make this difficult journey as comforting as possible.
