RUSHTON – Janet Arlene Rushton of McAdam, NB, wife of the late David "Luke" Rushton, passed away at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital in Fredericton, NB on February 2, 2020. Born November 14, 1957 in St. Stephen, NB. Daughter of the last Effie Jean (Blakley) Jeffries.

Survived by her daughter, Connie "Dakota" Jeffries (Paul), grandchildren, Drew Jeffries and Dylan Shea, one sister, Jean Nadeau (Stephen), niece, Bernice "Nicky" Bigger and nephew, Daniel Blanchard (Siera), great-nephews, Kyle Gullison, Keith Bigger and Daniel Blanchard, Nathaniel Blanchard, and one great-niece, Hailey Blanchard and one great-great niece, Anastasia Gullison.

Predeceased by her daughter, Barbara Jean Jeffries and her two fur babies, Penny and Misty.

Funeral service will be held at The S.O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home Ltd., 23 Main St., St. Stephen, NB on Thursday, February 6, 2020 at 2:00 PM with visitation from 1:00 to 1:45 PM.
