Nancy Lee Shaw

It is with sadness, but peace of heart that the family of Nancy Shaw, announce her passing on Thursday, May 1st, 2014 with her loving daughters by her side. Nancy's final days were spent surrounded by family and friends.

Born on March 3rd, 1952 in Charlotte County she was the eldest daughter of David and Frances (Gullison) Voutt.

Nancy was pre-deceased by her husband, James Shaw of 44 years and her brother Orlen Voutt.

She will lovingly be remembered by her parents, her daughters, Sharon McKnight (Will), Heather Lee (Roger), Bernadette Knowles (Ryan); sisters, Sandy Waldriff (Bob), Debbie McMorran (Ted), Donna Bigger (Todd), Angie Matheson (John), Denise Matheson (Frank); brothers, Davie (Lenie), Darrell, Lester (Marilyn), Royce (Lorraine), Dale (Coleen), Larry; Sister in Law, Bernie Parks, Brother in Law, Ronald Trundle (Linda); Grandchildren, Larissa, Laura, Jeffrey, Megan, Cody, Natasha, Ariana and Brandon; Great Grandchildren, Jacob, Isaac, Ryker, Garrett, Makenna, Jordynn, and Madilynn.

Nancy spent most of her career working at Connors Bros. & Star Kist Food, where she made many friends. Nancy loved to cook and bake. It gave her great pleasure to share her pickles, jams, jelly's , and baked goods. She enjoyed gardening, camping, crafting, knitting, traveling with Maurice and Ann to horseshoe tournaments, spending Sunday's with her parents, and going to bingo with her best friend Ardell .

Resting at The S. O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home Ltd. 23 Main Street, St Stephen, NB from where the funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 4, 2014 at 4 PM.

Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Sunday from 2-4 PM.

Interment at Rolling Dam Cemetery, Rolling Dam, NB.

For those who wish, remembrances to the Charlotte County Cancer Society or a charity of one's choice would be appreciated by the family.
